We certify that you will NEVER have to pay 2 leasing fees in the same 12-month period. Now, the only exception would be a federal, military relocation, or any other early termination clause required by the state. Besides those previously listed, we guarantee your tenant will stay 12 months, or we will find a replacement at no additional charge. This guarantee only covers tenants that we have placed in the property. It does not cover tenants we have taken over or inherited. 

If, for any reason, you are not completely happy with our services and want to leave us, you can
cancel your management agreement without penalty with a 30-day notice. 

We don't get paid until you get paid. With DFW Property Solutions, you will have peace of mind
knowing that we are working hard for you. You will not need to pay us until a tenant is placed and
has paid rent. 

We will get your payments to you by the 10th business day of the month when the tenant pays rent
by the first of the month. If we can’t do this for you then we didn’t do our job and we will pay that
month’s management fee back to you 

We are proud of our screening process and tenant's oversight. If, at any time, we are in a position to
have to evict your tenant, we will cover the costs of filing for all the court appearances involved with
evicting a tenant, up to $500. 

We guarantee no management fee will be charged when your property is vacant.

 DFW Property solutions strives to be readily available to our landlords and quick to respond to
owner's communication. If, at any time, an owner is not responded to by a member of our team
within 24 hours, the landlord will receive a credit to their account equal to that month's
management fee. 

If you are unhappy with our services within the first 90 days of our agreement and terminates our services, you will be refunded all management fees collected during that first 90-day period.
 

Your home will always remain up to code with locks and smoke alarms or we pay to have it brought back up to code. 

We will take care of all the work when it comes to switching to our company from another property management firm. We will also reduce our management fee to help ease the financial burden that
may be caused from having to pay management fees to your previous property manager or an early
termination fee 

For no extra charge to owners, we guarantee your home will not be damaged by any approved pet.
DFW Property Solutions, LLC will pay for damages exceeding the security deposit caused by
approved pets up to $1500.
